1. Order confirmation page — right after checkout, scroll to "Digital downloads."
2. Your email — check for "Your digital download is ready" (and your spam folder).
3. Account order history — log in, open your order, and click Download.
Download links don't expire, so there's no rush — but if a link ever shows an error, just reach out and we'll resend it. Files are typically delivered as a PDF you can save, print, or view on any device.

Do you accept returns?
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. For physical items, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Physical orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
